This exercise stabilizes the upper body and strongly contracts the sides. It removes love handles, reveals hidden waistlines, and strengthens the obliques to create a strong core. Hip Drop This exercise gently lowers the pelvis, which has been raised, toward the floor. It stimulates the gluteus medius, fills the hip dip, and smooths the outer thigh line. Hip Twist This exercise rapidly twists only the pelvis from side to side while keeping the upper body facing forward. It stimulates bowel movements, which is excellent for relieving constipation, and has a powerful aerobic effect that burns body fat throughout the abdomen. [Frequently Asked Questions] Q. My lower back hurts when I do hip lifts. A. Pain can occur if you push your hips back or use only your lower back strength when lifting your pelvis. Focus on tightening your lower abdomen (core) and contracting your side muscles to pull only the pelvic bone upward. Q. Does twisting hurt my knees? A. Excessive twisting can strain your knee joints.
