Frugal Foraging (Part 3 - Dock Leaves)
This video is the third and final part of this mini-series, showing just how easy it is to include foraged ingredients in cheap, everyday meals. In this video, Jim focusses on the humble dock leaf and creates a delicious, filling meal. (Yes, the title is wrong on the opening clip of this video. It was uploaded late at night, powered by eggnog and homebrew. Forgive me.) Times are hard, but you can supplement an expensive supermarket shop with foraged food. Add to that the incredible benefits to our physical and mental wellbeing, and you've got a superb reason to get out there to find wild food. You can find out more about Forage Box, including how to join me on a future foraging workshop at https://www.foragebox.co.uk Remember to be kind out there. Cheers, Jim
