Chroma Console: Sound from Scratch #4
In this video, we’re using a barebones mono synth (Korg MS20) with Chroma Console. The MS20 has a mono output and no built-in effects, which makes it a great platform for demonstrating Chroma Console’s stereo effects. We build two patches (a massive bass/lead preset, as well as a more ambient, tape-like preset). We also explore Chroma Console’s CAPTURE feature, an ephemeral looper/sustainer, which can be used to expand sonic possibilities, as well as a tool for improvisation.
