Brioches are my passion, just making them and watching them grow, they enchant me! A scented magic that invades the whole house, makes even a sad day happier! In this version with the orange-scented dough and the fresh cream and sour cherries filling (my favorite flavour) they are spectacular! They're VERY SOFT and they stay that way even for 2 days! Since with these doses there are quite a few (14-16 pieces) you can also freeze them when cooked, as soon as they cool down, put them on a tray, well covered, and put them in the freezer.
