寶哥教煮《黑椒薯仔牛柳粒》大排檔風味家裏也能做 | Hong Kong Black Pepper Beef & Potato Stir Fry

Welcome to the "酒滿飯寶 Chef Po" channel Black Pepper Beef & Potato Stir Fry is a classic Chinese stir-fry dish that combines tender beef tenderloin cubes, crispy-outside-soft-inside potato cubes, and a secret black pepper sauce, creating a unique flavor. Everyone can follow their own method. Besides deep frying, potatoes can also be air-fried or baked in the oven, but the texture definitely won't be as good as deep-fried! For the beef, marinate for about 15 minutes. Adjust the taste according to your preference. My version is on the sweeter side, so if you don't like it sweet, you can add less sugar!
