This syrup has lower calorie than sugar, honey, and etc. which helps you to lose weight. Glutinous rice makes better sweetness than regular rice, so I used glutinous rice. Don't expect that you'll make more syrup if you have more water, it only takes longer time to evaporate the water. Ingredients Glutinous rice 500g, malt 220g Recipe 1. Use lesser water than you normally do, to make overcooked rice. 2. Pour malt all over the rice. 3. Pour water, and stir it well. (Make sure the water doesn't overflow) 4. Use the warm function of your rice cooker for 6~8 hours. 5. Sieve the water only. 6. Pour the malt water in rice cooker, leave the lid opened and cook it.
