My sister told me, "Big Brother, you should lose weight." So, while I was in Japan, I dropped from 85kg to 70kg over the course of six months. I lost 15kg, but no matter what I did, I couldn't reach my goal of 68kg. After arriving in Ethiopia, I had a grueling schedule, filmed ethnic groups, and then got malaria, which caused me to lose a lot of weight. For the first time, I had six abs, lol. I didn't have a scale at the time, so I couldn't measure it, but I'm pretty sure I was in the 65kg range. After arriving in Ethiopia and walking around a lot, I felt like I'd lost a lot of weight, and then the malaria really made my stomach and face lose a lot of weight. I was shocked at how much weight you can lose when you're sick. My face looks a lot plumper in the second half of the video. It's really tough to gain weight so quickly. I wasn't planning on uploading this video, but I decided to. It's mostly just cuts. There's a lot of my face in it.
