Brie & Nikki's Easy Game Day Recipes | Hi, My Name Is Brie!

Hey everyone! Welcome back to Hi, My Name Is Brie! I’m so excited for this episode because Nikki has joined me once again, this time in the kitchen for game day! Since the Eagles were playing, we decided to make one of my favorite football snacks — vegan jalapeño poppers — using peppers straight from my garden 🌶️. And of course, Nikki took charge of the drinks and made her signature Bonita Bonita Aperol Spritz 🍷. This was such a fun day filled with sister banter, kitchen chaos, and some seriously good food. Whether you’re hosting a football watch party or just want to make a fun, easy appetizer, this recipe is perfect for game day! 🦅 🌶️ Vegan Jalapeño Poppers Recipe Ingredients: 6 jalapeños (12 halves) — fresh from the garden if you can! 1 cup vegan cream cheese (or regular cream cheese if you prefer) ½ cup vegan shredded Colby Jack cheese (or Mexican blend if not vegan) 2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted (or regular butter) 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon paprika ¼ cup gluten-free panko flakes (or regular breadcrumbs if you prefer) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Slice and scoop out your jalapeños — you’ll want 12 halves. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. 4. In a separate small bowl, mix panko flakes, paprika, and melted butter. 5. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture (don’t overfill!). 6. Top with the panko mixture. 7. Bake for 20 minutes (or 15 minutes if your oven runs hot). Let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving. 👩‍🍳 My tip: If you want them a little crispier, leave them in for an extra 5 minutes. 🍷 Nikki’s Bonita Bonita Aperol Spritz Ingredients: Bonita Bonita Bubbles (or your favorite sparkling wine) Aperol Plain Topo Chico sparkling water Orange peel for garnish Ice Metal straw Instructions: 1. Clean your glass and fill it halfway with ice. 2. Pour in Bonita Bonita bubbles 3. Add Aperol — enough to get that pretty orange color 4. Top with chilled plain Topo Chico sparkling water. 5. Garnish with a long orange peel — no orange wedges! 6. Sip and enjoy — game day perfection 🍊✨ I hope you all love these recipes as much as we did!
