What I eat in a day. 24 weeks pregnant.

Hey there mamas! Hope you are well. I know that eating good quality food can be challenging during pregnancy with all the cravings and increased appetite, BUT there is a way! I have found throughout my pregnancy that eating a low carb diet with the combination of high proteins really helps me combat those crazy cravings. I hope this video helps give you some food ideas and motivates you to eat healthy during pregnancy to help give your baby and your body the best it deserves. I do want to say that everyone is different, and I am in no way encouraging a “one size fits all” approach, but I do feel strongly about eating clean, especially during pregnancy.
