The Murder Of Augusta Dawes - Had Jack The Ripper Returned?
On Sunday the 25th of November, 1894, 28 year old Augusta Dawes was murdered in a Kensington back street, in a manner that was reminiscent of the Whitechapel atrocities of six years previous. When, 3 days later, the police received a letter from Jack the Ripper, people began to fear that maybe the perpetrator of the heinous crimes had returned.
