山椒の実で作る、初夏の肉味噌パスタ🌿｜ピリッと香る夜ごはん

I boiled fresh sansho peppercorns and made an early summer miso meat pasta. They are tiny little grains, but when you bite into them, they release a bright, tingly aroma. They turn an ordinary minced meat pasta into something a little more grown-up. I cooked ground pork with miso and soy sauce, added the sansho peppercorns, and tossed everything with pasta. On the side, I served a small dish of garlic chive namul. Just having this aroma in the kitchen makes it feel like early summer has arrived.
