Russian authorities have arrested a man in the city of Khabarovsk on suspicion of spying for the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service. Russia's Federal Security Service alleges the man was "recruited" and sought to obtain information about the nation's military cooperation with countries in the Asia-Pacific. The Government here has neither confirmed nor denied the reports.
