My Mate Vince vs ANOTHER £350 DYSON FAN !

Hi, in this video I attempt to look at another Dyson fan AM07. This one was purchased from eBay and it apparently trips the fuse board when plugged in. Will this one be fixable? Or will it be another lump of wasted plastic.
