The Las Lajas Sanctuary is considered the most beautiful sanctuary in Colombia. It's located in Ipiales, Nariño, right on the border with Ecuador. It was built on a cliff overlooking the Guáitara River. Its unusual location stems from the fact that the temple was built around an image of Our Lady of the Rosary, which was found by a young girl and her mother.
