what i eat in a week — anti inflammatory diet edition 🌿 last week i did the meal prep, this week i actually put it all together and ate it, and i have thoughts! monday was day one — overnight oats with almond butter and strawberries for breakfast 🍓 a kale salad with sweet potatoes, lentils, pepitas and tahini dressing for lunch 🥗 and a stir fry for dinner. not bad for a first day! tuesday i made a chia pudding with protein powder, strawberries and hemp hearts — it actually tasted so good i surprised myself 😂 quinoa bowl for lunch and a yellow curry plate for dinner 🍛 throughout the week i kept mixing and matching ingredients and honestly started to figure out how i like to cook things and what combinations work best for me 🌿 overall i felt really good this week! i did experience some bloating at times but it was mostly from the volume of food i was eating rather than anything uncomfortable — no pain, just adjustment 🙏 friday jomar and i went on a date night — we had sushi 🍣 and then stopped at an ice cream shop nearby for a couple of bites of ice cream 🍦 no guilt, just balance! my honest takeaway: i genuinely want to continue this as a lifestyle. i'm not going to restrict myself when i'm out with friends or jomar, but i do want to be more intentional — choosing things that are better for my digestive system, cutting back on fried and heavy foods, and aiming for an 80/20 approach 🌿 i also want to keep going for several more weeks before making any conclusions because one week is not enough data! next week i'm traveling so it'll be interesting to see how i navigate that — and then when i'm back in new york the anti inflammatory diet continues! 💪 👇 drop your favorite anti inflammatory recipes in the comments — i'm always looking for new things to try! if you enjoyed this video, don't forget to give it a thumbs up 👍, subscribe so you never miss a video 🔔, and drop a comment below — i read every single one! 🤍 🎬 new videos every week for collaborations & inquiries: [email protected] #whatieatinaweek #antiinflammatorydiet #veganmeals #veganmeals #antiinflammatoryrecipes #plantbased #healthyvegan #mealideas #brooklynvlog #veganlifestyle #guthealth
