Healthy ke sath-sath tasty bhi Aksar bachche palak khane mein ana-kani karte hain. To kyu na unhen hum is tarah palak khilaye, jo unhen behad pasand aaye, aur mang-mang kar khaye. Recipe achhi lagi toh like karke jaye. Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) is a leafy green vegetable that originated in Persia. It belongs to the amaranth family and is related to beets and quinoa. What's more, it's considered very healthy, as it's loaded with nutrients and antioxidants. Palak Puri originated in Madhya Pradesh, but is now a popular dish across India. It is made from wheat flour, and contains spinach and spices. It is best enjoyed with mango chutney or chilli pickle. •What it is : Palak is a green leafy vegetable with vibrant green leaves that can be flat, curly and broad. It's a flowering plant native to Central and Western Asia. •Taste: Palak has a mild, slightly sweet, and earthy or grassy taste. •Health benefits: Palak poori is a good source of dietary fiber, potassium, vitamin C, thiamine, vitamin B6, vitamin K, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, and an excellent source especially iron,and has many health benefits, including: 1) Lower blood pressure:– Contains potassium, which can help lower blood pressure. 2) Healthy eyes:– Contains lutein, an antioxidant that protects against age-related eye diseases. 3) Healthy blood:– Contains iron, which helps your body to make haemoglobin. • Preparation: Palak can be eaten as cooked or raw, and the taste differs considerably.
