THE SURE ADVANCE OF THE SAVING MESSAGE – ACTS 14 – PS. ÁLVARO RIVERA What does the advance of the gospel depend on? Sometimes it seems to depend on circumstances: if there is acceptance, it advances… if there is opposition, it stops. But Acts 14 shows us something completely different: the gospel does not advance because conditions are favorable, but because God has determined that it should advance. And it does so in the midst of opposition, confusion… and human weakness. Today we will see three scenes that show us the same truth: the saving message cannot be stopped.
