Kankakee, Beaverville & Southern Chase, July 15, 1996
On July 15, 1996, a couple friends and I drove down to Danville, IL to chase the Kankakee, Beaverville and Southern Northbound. On the way we caught the IC train IO6 at Gilman with their one car train. We chased the KB&S from Danville (where they interchange with the CSX) to the crossing of the TP&W at Sheldon, IL. The power for the train was RS-11 318 and C-420 315. Hope you enjoy the Alco action!
