Welcome to this 47-Minute FULL BODY Dumbbell Control Workout — a fully no-repeat, guided follow-along session straight from DanielPT’s HomeGym platform. This commentary-guided workout is designed to build strength, tone muscles, and improve overall functional fitness. It’s controlled, joint-friendly, and perfect for days you don’t want explosive movements, focusing on precision, form, and full engagement. This routine is built around nine bundles, and each bundle contains five movements targeting the same muscle group: 1.Back 2.Chest 3.Hamstrings 4.Delts / Shoulders 5.Quads 6.Biceps 7.Triceps 8.Glutes / Legs 9.Core Each exercise is performed with control, allowing you to follow along exactly as you would on the HomeGym platform. There are no repeated exercises, keeping the pace engaging and structured while maximizing your time. Throughout this workout, you will experience a combination of compound and isolation dumbbell movements, along with a few special exercises using a 30lb slam ball and incline variations to increase range of motion.
