Olivier Thomas is a French Coach, Consultant and Trainer who specializes in the acquisition, deployment and transfer of strategies for intellectual and operational excellence. A master practioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and with 13 years of experience as a school teacher, he co-created a school for gifted children in an Educational Priority Zone (ZEP) in Nancy in 2008. One of the challenges he overcame for this prpject was to manage multi-level classes, without children feeling limited in their learning capacities. He has based part of his teaching work on his personal experiences as a schoolchild, valuing cognitive processes and the questioning process implemented spontaneously by children. He explored how to transfer the cognitive strategies of the brightest students in his class to those less gifted.
