How I made a Vinyl Rug for our dining room + Questions Answered

We made our own vinyl rug, because we were not about to shell out $700 for the ones we saw online. 😳 We picked out this vinyl at ‪@lowes‬. It had the most padding, but we picked it for the pattern. After tax, it was around $150. We had a pretty big space to fill, so we had to buy quite a bit. We have some left over that could be used for small areas. We were afraid of getting it cut too short, so we had them cut a little more than what we wound up needing. You could pick a pattern with less padding and even if it was cut to the same size of ours, you could have a rug for less than $100.
