Enjoy and thanks for watching! #cooking #food #recipe #baking #cake #elizabethskitchen Banana Pecan Bundt Cake 2 eggs 1 cup buttermilk ½ cup butter, melted 2 tsp pure vanilla 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1½ cups (300 grams) granulated sugar 2 cups (280 grams) all purpose flour 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt ½ cup (64 grams) pecans, chopped Place the eggs, buttermilk, butter and vanilla into a medium bowl and mix well. Add mashed bananas and sugar and beat well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until well blended and batter is smooth. Mix in the walnuts. Pour batter into a well greased bundt pan. Bake @ 350*F for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool and remove from pan.
