In celebration of Writer's Day, we spoke with Tere De Cianni, UNTREF Sports Coordinator and author of the book "Sport as a Component of Holistic Education." She told us how the pandemic motivated her to publish her research, reflected on the challenges of writing and producing knowledge, and highlighted the fundamental role of sport in university life, not only for its physical benefits but also for its contribution to emotional well-being, teamwork, and personal development. She also invited students to participate in UNTREF Sports activities and shared where her book can be purchased.
