46 with MS. Life is Over.

46 years old. Living with Multiple Sclerosis for 15 years. Is life over? After being diagnosed with MS in 2011, I've experienced relapses, uncertainty, fear, and setbacks. At age 43, I suffered a relapse so severe that I wasn't sure if I'd be able to continue working. But since then I've hiked the Grand Canyon, traveled around the world, welcomed my fourth child, volunteered during Hurricane Helene relief efforts, continued strength training, and kept building a meaningful life. In this video, I share why I'm optimistic about the future despite living with MS. I discuss: ✅ My MS journey since diagnosis in 2011 ✅ The relapse that changed everything ✅ Why strength training is one of my most important tools ✅ The future of MS treatments and research ✅ Why becoming healthier today may help us benefit from tomorrow's breakthroughs ✅ How to stay hopeful when living with chronic illness If you're living with Multiple Sclerosis, a chronic illness, or facing uncertainty about your future, I hope this video encourages you to keep moving forward. Because your story isn't over.
