Day 3 Long M55 Short So, still carrying an injury and exacerbating it daily at this event, the aim was to complete the course. Along the way, you can catch me yelping as I twist my leg and rescue a female runner who gets stuck in a stream. Early on, because I was running more slowly, my navigation improved, until I got close to #8 where I became confused by the ditches, mistaking them for my stream. A long leg #13-#14, I lost some concentration and attacked up a stream line rather than keeping it to my left. Otherwise a pleasant time in the woods albeit with a torn muscle.
