Army Inter Corps Championships as part of Quantock Orienteers Galoppen 27 Nov 16 Brown Course Having competed on the area the night before on a Blue course, this event didn't seem to go as well... En route to #2, I drifted too far W and so was almost at the track before I realised I had gone too far. Same problem to #4, drifting left. #6 lead to me scrabbling around not really knowing where I or the cxcontrol was, so overshot. And #7 I drifted right this time (!) and came to three hills that 'shouldn't have been there', which meant I was in a different place to where I expected I should have been.. Having relocated, controls to #12 were relatively straightforward. A long journey to #13 led to me losing concentration toweards the end and so I became confused as to where I was once more, only to be back on the map at the pond WNW of the control. #18 was another drift right and pulled by another control that was not mine..
