After Trying This BULALO, We Had to Call the CHEF 👨‍🍳 | Our Last Day & Meal on Biliran Island 🇵🇭

I think we ate the best bulalo of our entire lives. No joke. It was our last meal in Biliran and Everything was soo delicious what we ordered, the lechon kawali, the Sisig, all of it was really, really good. But that bulalo… that bulalo was on another level. It was so good that we were sitting there in complete disbelief, just looking at each other like… what IS this? You know when food is so delicious that you cannot just leave quietly? That’s exactly what happened. First we cannot stop talking how good it is and than called the chef just to thank him, because we were genuinely blown away. And when he came out, we were even more surprised because he was so young and so humble. No big ego, no showing off, just quiet energy… and food that tasted absolutely incredible. I still cannot fully explain how delicious it was. Seriously, what did he put in there? Love? Some secret? A blessing? Because three of us said the same thing at the table: this was the best bulalo we have ever had in our lives.
