Ultimatives KARTOFFEL WEDGES Rezept für knusprige Country Potatoes! 🍟

Today I'm showing you a delicious recipe for crispy potato wedges! These country potatoes come with the typical seasoning mix of paprika, onion, garlic, and more. You can prepare these spicy potato wedges either in the oven or in the air fryer. I recommend an oven temperature of 200°C (400°F) and a baking time of 25 minutes. In my air fryer, they were crispy after about 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Here's the list of ingredients: 800g potatoes 3 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tsp salt ½ tsp sweet paprika ½ tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 pinch black pepper 1 tbsp vinegar I would marinate and prepare the country potatoes as fresh as possible, as they quickly start to lose water if marinated for a longer time.
