About the speaker: Nitin Kumar is a first-year student of Public Administration and International Development (MPAID) at John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Before this, he worked as Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) from 2014-17 and Senior Consultant, Government and Public Sector at Ernst and Young. Nitin also has an under-graduate degree in Mining Engineering from IIT-ISM Dhanbad. Nitin appeared for UPSC CSM 2017 & 2019 and 2018 (Interview). After his attempt of 2019, he decided to apply for Public Policy/Administration courses, which would have helped him strengthen his skills and knowledge of working in international development, and got selected in 6 out of 7 such colleges including Harvard, where he is currently pursuing MPAID.
