Saved at Sea : Rescuing Migrants in the Mediterranean - the fifth estate

In recent months, tens of thousands of desperate souls have been saved from certain death in the frigid waters of the Mediterranean. Recently, the crew of the Red Cross MOAS Responder agreed to let The Fifth Estate come onboard to join in one of their rescue missions. As our cameras rolled, on a single day, hundreds of migrants were plucked from listing wooden boats and rubber dinghies.
