Balancing training with work and everyday life can get overwhelming pretty quickly, so I’ve been focusing on simplifying things and building consistency again. Instead of trying to fix everything at once, I’m using habit stacking—adding one small, manageable change each day to rebuild structure and make training feel more sustainable.
