How I Got Back on Track | Canberra Marathon Training + Habit Stacking

Canberra Marathon training week 4, habit stacking, building routines, running consistency, marathon prep, endurance training Week 4 of my Canberra marathon training and this week was less about pace and more about getting my routine back on track. Balancing training with work and everyday life can get overwhelming pretty quickly, so I’ve been focusing on simplifying things and building consistency again. Instead of trying to fix everything at once, I’m using habit stacking—adding one small, manageable change each day to rebuild structure and make training feel more sustainable. In this video, I take you through my week of running, how I’m approaching training right now, and what I’m doing to stay consistent as I prepare for my first marathon.
