Previously, Febrie's private home in the Parahyangan Golf area, Sentul, was searched by investigators. Police found 74 kilograms of gold and hundreds of billions of rupiah in cash stored in a safe. The Attorney General's Office (AGO) stated that Attorney General ST Burhanuddin accepted Febrie's resignation on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Meanwhile, the Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya) stated that the investigation into alleged corruption and money laundering related to coal procurement, Asabri, and Krakatau Steel has entered a critical stage. Investigators have reportedly searched 13 locations, including Febrie's private home in Sentul. The Head of Public Relations for the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Senior Commissioner Budi Hermanto, stated that investigators will immediately announce the suspects once the entire investigation is complete.
