Running Isn’t the Point. Culture Is.- I Gave Them 90 Days To Prepare
I gave every employee at 1st Phorm 90 days to train for and run a half marathon. No exceptions. This wasn’t about pace or performance, it was about doing something hard together and proving to ourselves what we’re capable of. This vlog starts at my house at 7 a.m. packing my bag, spending time with my daughter, and heading to HQ. What followed was one of the most powerful days we’ve ever had as a company.
