Rangers In Danger Part 2

The recent wave of poaching has shone the spotlight on the growing threat to Kenya’s wildlife. Unknown to many however is the predicament of rangers who put their lives on the line to protect the country’s rich heritage. The Kenya Wildlife Service currently has the names of more than 60 rangers on its heroes monument that honours those killed in the line of duty. Many more have suffered debilitating injuries as Alex Kubasu now reports in the second installment of our two-part series rangers in danger.
