Meat Processing | Part 3 - Stuffing
In part 3 of our meat processing series, we're stuffing sausage! We attach the stuffing tubes to the grinder and start filling summer sausage casings and natural casings for polish dogs. We get everything stuffed and ready to go on the smoker (part 4). Tips: Keep your natural casings wet so they're easier to work with.
