A Phase II study of glofitamab plus Pola-R-CHP for patients with high-risk DLBCL

Jennifer Crombie, MD, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses a Phase II study (NCT05800366) of glofitamab plus polatuzumab-R-CHP (Pola-R-CHP) for patients with high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Dr Crombie reports high response rates, with a low rate of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) compared to prior studies. A Phase III trial is ongoing to compare the efficacy of glofitamab-Pola-R-CHP to Pola-R-CHP alone.
