In this video, we're in Monte San Savino, in the province of Arezzo. Aldo, an 84-year-old butcher, lives and works here. He's a hard worker. Aldo owns a butcher shop, a delicatessen, and a traditional meat restaurant where he grills only Chianina beef. The restaurant is called QUI CICCIA and is a typical Tuscan trattoria. We spent a day with Aldo, and he introduced us to his world.
