Even though it's a tourist destination, this outrageous behavior is truly astounding. Last year, 1.9 million foreign tourists visited Jeju Island. A whopping 1.38 million of them were Chinese. Jeju Island is reportedly troubled by their shameful behavior, such as jaywalking and littering.
