Our destination was Hotel Taikan, which recently reopened in January 2025 as the 50th Itoen Hotels hotel! We were the lucky winners of the "Itoen Hotels YouTube Post Support Campaign," which ran for three months from April this year! We were invited to a Deluxe Room at Bettei Urara, the finest and most prestigious Itoen Hotels! We relaxed and enjoyed our spacious room with an open-air bath fed directly from the hot spring and massage chairs, then savored a sumptuous kaiseki meal in the private "Urara Dining" room, where the head chef himself was on hand! We also enjoyed all-you-can-drink in the premium lounge, and enjoyed the 100% pure, unheated hot spring water in one of the largest public baths in northern Tohoku!
