Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Chop onion and bell peppers. 3. Sauté vegetables in avocado oil on medium-low until soft. 4. Brown turkey sausage in a separate pan, break into pieces, and set aside. 5. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 6. Lightly spray baking dish with avocado oil. 7. Layer sautéed veggies in dish, then cooked turkey sausage. 8. Pour egg mixture over top and gently mix so peppers peek through. 9. Top with cheddar and a sprinkle of feta. 10. Bake 35–45 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. 11. Cook bacon in air fryer at 390°F for 7 minutes, then crumble. 2. Add 2 tbsp ranch to bottom of each mason jar. 3. Add chopped tomatoes. 4. Add chopped turkey breast. 5. Sprinkle shredded cheese. 6. Trim excess fat from chicken thighs. 2. Season chicken generously with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Nature’s Seasoning, and cayenne. 3. Heat avocado oil in skillet and sear chicken 4–5 mins per side until golden. Set aside. 4. Steam broccoli, drain water, and place in pan on low heat. 5. Add Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, cayenne, and Parmesan. 6. Slice chicken into bite-size pieces and add to sauce. 7. If needed, add a splash of water to jar to get every drop and stir it in. 8.
