This is a steamed rice roll appetizer that many asian groups makes! It is called Banh Cuon in Vietnamese, Pho Ko ( Fawm kauv) in Hmong, or Cheung Fun in Chinese. It can be filled with shrimp, pork with mushrooms, vegetables, or anything of your choice!
