A 30-minute yin yoga practice for the chest and shoulders with mindful awareness of the body. This practice gently opens the chest and shoulders through slow, sustained postures. As the body softens, you'll let go of habitual thinking restlessness, and return to direct physical experience. Rather than trying to control or resist sensation, the emphasis is on feeling the body as it is and allowing awareness to settle there.
