A 45-minute yin yoga practice for the inner thighs and hips with a quiet, spacious approach. This practice gently explores the inner lines of the legs and hips through slow, sustained postures. Guidance is kept minimal, allowing time and stillness to support a more direct experience of the body. After being guided into each shape, you’re invited to settle, soften, and remain with sensation without interruption. Rather than constant instruction, the emphasis is on quiet awareness and letting the practice unfold at its own pace. An Embodied Mindfulness practice filmed in my apartment in Tokyo.
