Alpine season in Switzerland - the simple life on the alp

Alpine season in Switzerland is the best time of the year for many. With the cattle and cows, the alpine farmers go higher and higher until all the meadows have been raced away. This is a beautiful but also exhausting time that demands a lot from the alpine farmers, both physically and mentally.
