Chicken Express Oil Pressure Fried KFC Chicken and Jojo Potatoes

Howdy folks and welcome to Woody's Corner! Today we are celebrating our August Birthdays with family and friends! What better way to celebrate than having a fryer cook and much more. It's been a couple of years since I got the Chicken Express out. It was time. Bring back the KFC chicken with the Grace's Blend KFC seasoning. Did some chicken livers too. And I think I perfected the Jojo potatoes. The fryer did have one issue. The timer is supposed to automatically open up the solenoid that depresses the pressure, but it didn't. I found out quickly that if you turn off the power switch, it will depress the pressure. So, the workaround worked just fine and got it done. It was another hot summer afternoon here in Arkansas, so that was the only drawback. Enjoy!
