Festbier grain to glass

Part of the Octoberfest series where we brew 5 German beers ready for our own Octoberfest. Richard develops a recipe true to the style of a Festbier - the modern beer of the Munich Oktoberfest. pale golden colour, around 6 % and aromatic from Noble hops this amazing beer style is strong but super drinkable. The history of Octoberfest dates back to 1810 and the six octoberfest breweries: Hofbräu München, Augustiner, Löwenbräu, Paulaner, Spaten and Hacker-Pschorr are the only breweries allowed to sell beer at the world famous beer festival. Tickets are scarce but luckily, we can brew our own Octoberfest beers here at Wheatlow Brewery. join us now for another Frothing Ale!
