You're going to love it, BIG KISSES ;** Ingredient List: Ground Beef in Sauce • 1 generous drizzle of olive oil, • 1 large chopped onion, • 5 minced garlic cloves, • 1 kg ground beef, • 3 chili peppers (optional, not hot, for flavor), • ½ bell pepper, • 3 ripe chopped tomatoes, • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, • ½ tablespoon oregano, • Salt to taste, • Black pepper to taste, • Dry seasoning to taste (lemon pepper, Bahian pepper, or all-purpose), • 3 tablespoons tomato paste, • 2 sachets of prepared tomato sauce (500 ml), • 200 ml water (adjust if necessary), • Chopped chives to taste.
