Today I'm going to tell you my story. Many of you have only recently discovered me through Camperfreunde TV. So I want to tell you who I am, where I come from, and why I completely changed my life. A few years ago, I developed an illness that turned my life upside down: cluster headaches. In this video, I'll show you my medications, my daily therapy, and what happens when an acute attack strikes. This includes oxygen, emergency medication, and an injection pen that I have to administer to myself in an emergency. I'll speak openly about how intense the pain really is and why there were times when I didn't know what to do anymore. This video is not medical advice, but my personal story.
