The Best Fried Chicken! Homemade biscuits and chicken gravy!!

I hope y’all enjoy this video!!! This is the best fried chicken that you will ever eat. I can promise you that it is so dang good.!!! I put in my dredge: 2-3 tbs powdered chicken bouillon 2 tablespoons black pepper 1 tablespoon salt 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp celery salt 2 tsp soul food seasoning 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika I use self rising flour I dipped chicken in buttermilk- I usually like to soak my chicken in the buttermilk, but I was slack of time. But you can soak your chicken in that buttermilk overnight and it will give it the best flavor.!! I cook my chicken on about 360 to 365 until it becomes the proper temperature Biscuits: 3 1/2 cups self rising flour - sifted 1/4 cup crisco shortening  you can also use along with the Crisco, a half a stick of grated butter, cold butter that is About one and a half cups of cold buttermilk, but I would pour it in a little at a time to make sure you don’t put too much and if you do put too much to add some more flour I do not like my biscuit dough to be too wet Preheat oven to 500° Roll out your dough fold it several times and roll it out again, 1/2 inch…then cut your biscuits out , place on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes.. keep your eye on it!!!
