Coraline Was Never Awake

What if Coraline didn’t just crawl into the Other World… what if she dreamed her way into it? In this video I go over why Coraline has to fall asleep every time she wants to go back home, why that changes when she enters during the day, and how the Beldam may have been using Coraline’s own mind to keep her trapped. Because if the Other World isn’t a physical place, but some kind of dream-like dimension, then the tunnel, the key, the ghost children, Wybie, and even Coraline’s parents being stolen start to make a lot more sense. So did Coraline really escape the Other World… or was she still connected to the dream the entire time?
